Shipment

If you placed your order on a business day before 5 PM, your order will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code to track your package. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the product to your neighbors or try again the next day. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be available for pickup at a collection point, and you will receive a notification in your mailbox.
